I have ordered from in the past, the glasses previously didn't have any defects; however, I ordered a new pair a few months back and had nothing but problems.Lens quality is okay, but they don't seem to fit and pop out easily.

The nose pieces that hold the frame have fallen off constantly. I requested a return as I was unhappy and they said the generous return policy doesn't apply. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer forever. I would have been willing to continue buying in the future if they would have taken care of me and accepted the return, because it was a defective part.

I don't expect perfection, I expect to be taken care of when problems doesn't take care of its customers, if they ship a defective part they want to keep your money and leave you with the bad part.
